Mexico Surf Camp: Beto's Tuna Recipe

Our resident chef has done it again, the ladies here cannot stop raving about the tuna we had on the grill the other night during their Mexico Surf Camp. Here's a recipe even a beginner can wow their friends with. Take some time to find fresh tuna and reminisce about the ocean breezes and the sound of the waves crashing while you enjoy this surf camp Mexico favorite!


Fresh Tuna Filets cut into 1 inch thick medallions
Olive oil
Sea salt
Fresh pepper
Worcestershire sauce


Heat grill and let it get good and hot!
Brush tuna filets with olive oil. Brush all sides.
Rub both sides of filet with sea salt and fresh pepper.
Sprinkle worcestershire over all filets.

Throw on the grill and cook to your liking. We prefer medium rare (cooking time is equivalent to 4 to 6 sips of your favorite beer and then flip!) It is so easy! Serve with fresh limes, soy sauce, and ginger!
